It’s official: William Saliba is the best defender in the Premier League. While considered one of the best, against Manchester City, Saliba kept the best striker on the planet in Erling Haaland quiet.

And not just quiet, but REALLY quiet.

William Saliba didn’t make a single foul or get dribbled past once against Manchester City today.

He also won 100% of his duels and had a passing accuracy of 97%.

Saliba wasn’t dribbled past once and he didn’t commit a single foul. Oh and for good measure, the Frenchman won all of his duels in what was a stellar performance.
