Bukayo Saka (RW) – 8/10 – We’ve been waiting for a Saka performance like this. While perhaps not as scintillating as his partner on the opposite flank, Saka teed up Trossard and took his goal superbly. Departed with an ankle injury.

Leandro Trossard (ST) – 7.5/10 – His inclusion up top facilitated a more fluent attacking display. He and Martinelli were willing to rotate, and Trossard combined well when the ball came into his feet.

Gabriel Martinelli (LW) – 8.5/10 – Juanlu may not have been the sternest test for Martinelli, but the Brazilian was majestic nonetheless. He terrorised the Sevilla full-back throughout, and put a smile on all of our faces whenever he received possession.
