2. Leandro Trossard

Unlike Martinelli, Trossard's future was far less certain during the window. Having seen a natural decline in quality last season, many predicted he would be moved on to bring a better option into the squad.
However, he has remained in north London with Arsenal even handing him a contract with no extension, but a higher wage. That was viewed as a very bizarre decision given his fraglie status within the squad.
Despite the fresh terms reflecting his 'important' status within the team, he has played just 37 minutes of the Gunners' first three matches, failing to come off the bench in trips to Manchester United and Liverpool. It's early in the season of course, but if he doesn't play or perform to expectations, he could find himself shipped off in January. He will have to make the most of the chances he gets.
