Arsenal's deal for Norgaard may rise to £15m and that is not a bad fee to be paying for a player that will provide leadership and experience to the squad.
His primary role for the Gunners will be as a backup midfielder and the amount of money the club are spending reflects that. That is the ideal amount to be dropping on a player of Norgaard's quality and status within his future team.
In today's transfer market, £15m isn't a lot of money and that makes Norgaard the cheap option. There can be no complaints about how much the club are spending and fans should be happy to have brought in a decent backup option for such a fee.
