3. Cheap for a long-term option

Mosquera will be a deputy option when he first joins Arsenal, but his young age and likely cheap fee make him the perfect long-term option.
He has recently turned 21 and is still in the early stages of his career, meaning there will be a view for the Gunners to develop him into a starting-level Premier League centre back during his time at the club.
He will very much be one for the future and his low cost make the deal a bit of a steal. Arsenal expect to be able to get the move done for a fee in excess of €20m, which keeps their spending low while also bringing a top-quality option for the future into the squad.
So often do you see youngsters valued upwards of €50-60m and it is refreshing to see Mosquera available for far less. Arsenal have to pounce on that opportunity.
