Jakub Kiwior has found minutes hard to come by at times this season but made the most of the start he was handed tonight.

The Poland international had little work to do at the back due to Preston's lack of attacking threat so took the chance to drift into attack. He assisted Jesus' opener when he headed down Gabriel Martinelli's free-kick into the path of the striker.

Kiwior grabbed another contribution in the second half after playing a sublime cross directly onto the head of Havertz for the German to round off the scoring for the Gunners. The defender certainly put in an impressive performance tonight and can be proud of himself. It was one he needed after enduring a tough outing at Bournemouth a couple of weeks back.
