Brought off the bench in the first half to replace a struggling Myles Lewis-Skelly, Riccardo Calafiori made quite the impact.

The Italian did what was required of him in defence, and PSV's minimal threat offered him plenty of chances to get up the pitch. Minutes into the second half, he played a nice ball into the box for Leandro Trossard to chip in the Gunners' fifth.

Calafiori capped a good display with a fine striker's finish in the final minutes. Put through by Odegaard, he calmly slotted past Benitez into the far corner. Mikel Merino 2.0 anyone? Despite being brought on at left back, the ex-Serie A defender had a huge impact in attack amid a standout showing.
