Chelsea enjoyed spells where they caused problems for Arsenal and when they did, William Saliba was often there to prevent any serious issues.

The French defender allowed the Blues' frontline little joy with his formidable presence at the back. He won both his attempted tackles and five duels, largely coming out on top in his battles with the Chelsea attackers.

Saliba also made an effort to get up the pitch and stop his side being pinned in their half by the visitors. His efforts saw him be named the Premier League's Player of the Match and rightly so following what was a standout showing from the Frenchman.
