Pape Sarr's long distance lob, after Myles Lewis-Skelly appeared to be tripped, handed Arsenal their first defeat of an otherwise excellent Asian tour.

2. Martin Odegaard

Martin Odegaard must be feeling the heat amidst the pressure from Ethan Nwaneri and the emerging talent that is Max Dowman. That's not even bringing Eberechi Eze into the conversation. However, if he is feeling the heat, it didn't show today.

Arsenal's captain was at the heart of most of the action in the opening exchanges of a bizarre first-half. In the first minute Odegaard had a shot deflected wide when finding space on the edge of the penalty area. Within a few moments the skipper registered another shot when he fired a volley into the ground and off-target.

Odegaard's delivery from corners and free-kicks were a consistent cause of pressure for the Tottenham defence, even though Arsenal were unable to make that quality tell. The captain was more involved in the second half as Arsenal pushed for an equaliser and played a shorter passing style, which fans have become accustomed to.
