2. Set pieces will be key
Okay, fans won't want Arsenal to be relying on set pieces for goals and I firmly agree with that, but a dependence on dead-ball situations will certainly work in their favour against United.
The Gunners have scored ten goals from set-piece situations this season whereas Man United have conceded the same amount. The tremendous gap in quality between the sides was on show in their last meeting: a 2-0 win for Arsenal at the Emirates just over a month ago. Both of the Gunners' goals came from corners, unlocking their opponents with ease, and they can replicate this on Sunday - especially with Ruben Amorim confirming that Altay Bayindir will start in goal.
While, of course, Arsenal must try to score against United from open play, the squad will be aware of how crucial set pieces may be in a potential victory. The players must be prepared to capitalise on their brilliance and United's woes from dead-ball situations.
