Thomas Partey picked up a late yellow card in the win at Real Madrid and that means he is suspended for Tuesday's first leg meeting with PSG, something that will no doubt come as a tremendous blow to Mikel Arteta and his plans.

The lack of the Ghanaian's presence in the middle of the park will mean Arteta will now have to switch a few things around. With Jorginho absent and Mikel Merino an injury doubt for the tie, he is not exactly blessed with options.

There are a few ways Arteta can deal with the absence of Partey but it might have to see him get creative and a bit risky. Myles Lewis-Skelly could make the shift back to his natural position while Ethan Nwaneri may also be trusted in what would be the biggest game of their short careers.

No matter who he decides to start in midfield, Arteta is definitely going to have work something new out in order to maintain dominance in a crucial area of the pitch against PSG. An ideal world would see Merino return from injury to fill in but with that not entirely likely, us fans should be ready to see a new face in midfield on Tuesday.
