3. Continuing immense record
After a mixed first few encounters with his side's rivals, Mikel Arteta has helped Arsenal put together a good record against Tottenham.
The Gunners have won six of their last eight encounters with their city rivals, drawing one and losing one. Wednesday's game presents them with a chance to win a third consecutive league game against Spurs for the first time since 1989.
Arsenal will be looking to continue that record this week and that would demonstrate the growing gap in quality between the two clubs. While securing three points in a title race will be the priority, a chance to extend their impressive record against their rivals will not go amiss.
