Arsenal travel to face Bournemouth on Saturday evening as they return to action following the international break.

In their last outing, the Gunners came from behind to beat Southampton 3-1, thanks to goals from Kai Havertz, Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka. This victory saw them remain third in the Premier League table.

As Arsenal look to continue their unbeaten start to the season, there are three key talking points ahead of this matchup on the south coast.

1. Some fitness issues

Arsenal lost more players to injury over the international break, only to add to their already packed injury list. Thankfully, none of the latest issues appear to be serious.

Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, and Gabriel Martinelli are all set to be assessed with Mikel Arteta unsure if he wants to risk some of his most important players with Liverpool's visit looming. If he decides against utilising them, the likes of Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and Leandro Trossard can act as cover.

Ben White, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Jurrien Timber are all also close to returning to the side and Arteta hopes some of the absent players can appear tomorrow. If neither White or Timber are available, the side are left without a right back, meaning Thomas Partey may have to fill in once again, as he did in the win over Southampton.

Regardless whether some return or not, Mikel Arteta will certainly have some big decisions to make when selecting his squad tomorrow.
