Four academy players made their debuts in the last round against Bolton, with six involved overall. Tonight's game against Preston offers up another great chance for more youngsters to make their mark in the first team.

Ethan Nwaneri is almost guaranteed a start and will be looking to put in another similar performance to the one against the Trotters that saw him net a brace. Myles Lewis-Skelly is also likely to be included in the starting XI given his increased involvement with the first team while Josh Nichols may get another chance at right back.

The game against Preston is no doubt another great opportunity for Mikel Arteta to give some of his youth outfit more first team chances.
