2. The last chance for a trophy

With Arsenal 13 points behind Liverpool in the Premier League title race and out of both domestic cup competitions, the Champions League is their last chance to win a trophy this season.

Considering their path to the final, that is certainly going to be a tough feat to achieve, and it all starts at PSV on Tuesday.

The Gunners squad will be focused on the first leg and the first leg only, but it has to be in the back of their minds that this is their only remaining chance of winning silverware. Considering Mikel Arteta is starting to come under pressure from some 'fans', he should be looking to kickstart a good European run with the tie against PSV.

An early Champions League exit would really sour the mood in north London with a couple of months of the season remaining.
