As Arsenal look to protect their advantage in the tie to progress to the semi-finals of the competition, there are a select few players who have to start.

Bukayo Saka caused a number of problems for the Madrid defence last week and he can do the same in the second leg. The Gunners will need threat in attack and their star winger can provide that. Another player who would be a big source of problems would be Mikel Merino. He got on the scoresheet when playing as a striker in the first leg and his recent form suggests he will cause more issues at the Bernabeu.

In the midfield, Declan Rice couldn't be stopped by his opposite numbers at the Emirates and was Arsenal's hero with two sublime free kick goals. He may not be able to produce those moments of magic again but with his side needing to take control in the middle of the park, the England international will be key.
