3. Reliance on certain players
Okay, this one is a bit harder to achieve than the others but there is reasoning.
Arsenal have been heavily reliant on several players week in week out so far this season. While this is a reality in football, the Gunners can relax even just a little bit.
Ben White is one prominent example, having just had minor surgery to fix a joint issue he had been carrying for weeks and playing through. While the Gunners seem to have got off lucky with White, relying on players constantly can be dangerous and a massive cause of injury.
When possible, Arteta needs to rotate his team more and not rely on the same players too much, especially if they are at risk of injury. Starting the likes of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli in League Cup ties with Bolton and Preston is not exactly necessary but it happened.
Rotating the team more often eases players' workload and reduces the risk of injury, keeping crucial players fit for the title race. Granted, it can't be done too often as it will interrupt chemistry and form but it must be done when possible. The last thing Arteta needs is more players on the injury table and he can easily prevent that. The Spaniard can at least consider resting certain members of the squad from time to time.
