2. Decent record in European football

Having started his senior career at Valencia, Kang-in Lee has enjoyed a good spell in European football so far. During his time with the Spanish side, Mallorca and PSG, Lee has scored 21 goals and provided 21 assists in 195 senior appearances.

Considering he has not always been a first choice starter and occasionally having to rely on bit part appearances, Lee has put up a decent return throughout his career in Europe. He has created 51 chances in 24 appearances (2.13 per game) across all competitions this season. In comparison, Martin Odegaard has created just 33 chances in 17 appearances (1.94 per game).

Of course there are great differences between the Premier League, Ligue 1 and La Liga in terms of quality but there is no denying that Lee could cause problems and be a great influence in this Arsenal side. Both in terms of goalscoring and creating, the statistics show that Lee would be a good option for the Gunners.
