Turns out Arsenal love a free kick against Aston Villa. On the hunt to secure Champions League football, the Gunners were cruising to victory over the West Midlands side before Mikel Arteta stood over a free kick, seemingly miles from goal.

The Spaniard lined up an effort and completely bamboozled Shay Given to find the back of the net with a rocket of a strike.

The technique on the shot was so nice to see as the slight swerve convinced the Villa 'keeper it was going the other way before ending up nestling in the far corner. Maybe the boss was the real influence behind Rice's stunners?
