Omar Marmoush

Omar Marmoush seems to be the best striker option for Arsenal to target this month. His versatility and ability would see him fit well in the side, while his prolific finishing in front of goal would provide Mikel Arteta with a deadly goalscorer. A potential fee of £50m also doesn't seem out of the question for the Gunners. With the club in need of a striker, they should be willing to pay an amount like that.

Jonathan David would be the second-best but maybe the most realistic option. The statistics show he can be relied on for goals while his contract situation presents Arsenal with the chance to sign a top young striker for cheap. The Canadian forward should no doubt be a top target for the Gunners.

While Dusan Vlahovic is a good striker, past experiences are likely to put Arteta off. The Spaniard has always stood by his belief that he shouldn't have to convince a player to join Arsenal. Vlahovic was not keen to join the club in January 2022 and I firmly believe Arteta will still have this in mind when considering the Serbian as an option.

Of course, Viktor Gyokeres or Alexander Isak would both be sensational striker options for Arsenal to sign but a deal for either just does not seem doable this month. The club would likely wait until the summer to sign one of the Swedish pair but they need a striker now. The Gunners should keep both in mind but the potential signing of either looks completely out of the question.
