Mikel Merino (CM) - 6/10 - Failed to offer too much in the midfield and was brought off at half-time.

Martin Zubimendi (CM) - 6/10 - Looked decent at the base, but struggled at times, especially in the first half. Taken off deep in stoppage time for Mosquera.

Declan Rice (CM) - 6.5/10 - Tried his hardest to cause problems, but didn't have his usual freedom. Most of his threats came from set pieces, but even those deliveries weren't always up to scratch.
