Jorginho (CM) - 7/10 - The Italian impressed on his first Premier League start of the season, but he was withdrawn at half-time likely because of the booking he picked up for fouling Elanga. Jorginho offered technical quality and doubtlessly benefitted from Forest's passivity out of possession.

Mikel Merino (CM) - 6.5/10 - More encouraging signs. He's still not quite there in possession, but he offered calm when mitigating Forest's counter-press and was a willing entrant into the opposition's box. Typically active out of possession.

Martin Odegaard (CM) - 8.5/10 - The heartbeat of this Arsenal team. Odegaard was nothing short of majestic in the opening 45 minutes as the Gunners completely overwhelmed their stubborn opponents, but I think he'll be frustrated with his second half display. He puts a smile on ya face.
