Arsenal continued their recent winning form with a dominant 5-2 win at West Ham on Saturday evening.

Gabriel Magalhaes headed his side into the lead before Leandro Trossard extended the advantage with a finish from close range. Martin Odegaard then converted a penalty Bukayo Saka won to make it 3-0. A calm finish from Kai Havertz had the Gunners cruising at 4-0, or so they thought.

Hammers defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka pulled one back for the hosts before fellow full-back Emerson made things nervy for Arsenal with a well-taken free kick. The Gunners were soon back in control, however, when they won another spot kick that Saka tucked away to finish off the scoring.

In a game that was influenced by a sensational team performance, there were three particular standout performers from Arsenal's 5-2 win at West Ham.

1. Bukayo Saka

Bukayo Saka is quite good at football, isn't he? It was another star showing from the England international who was a bright spark on the right wing.

He assisted his side's opener when his well-placed corner was met by the head of Gabriel Magalhaes. Saka then grabbed his second contribution after some nice exchange play with Martin Odegaard led to him squaring for Leandro Trossard to tap home. His two setups brought his league season tally to 10, making him the first player in Europe's top five leagues to do so this campaign.

The winger continued to cause trouble for the West Ham defence when his great footwork resulted in him winning a penalty, which he let his captain, Odegaard, take. Saka got his well-deserved goal just before halftime when he stepped up to take his side's second spot kick, his effort beating Lukas Fabianaski.

Saka put in yet another standout performance from his side as he continued his evolution as one of the league's best players.
