2. Martin Odegaard
Martin Odegaard continued to show how much of a difference he makes to this Arsenal side as his influence was evident once again against the Hammers.
His brilliance helped his side dominate in midfield and he did his fair share in attack. Odegaard played 41 out of 46 accurate passes, giving him a pass accuracy of 89%. The skipper was involved in his side's second goal as he played a nicely lofted pass to Bukayo Saka who squared for Leandro Trossard.
Odegaard netted his first goal of the season from the spot when he was handed the opportunity to put the Gunners 3-0 in front by Saka. The skipper was his usual self, leading the press and urging his side to attack, before being replaced by Gabriel Jesus with 15 minutes to play.
