Saka and Odegaard injuries sour the day

Odegaard's shoulder injury saw the captain be withdrawn in the 38th minute, while Saka's hamstring injury saw him taken off just after half-time as the Gunners lost two crucial pieces.

Granted, having Leandro Trossard, Noni Madueke, and Ethan Nwaneri to cover is good for the Gunners, but it certainly took the shine off what was an otherwise outstanding performance.

How long the pair will be out for is unknown, but Arteta's squad depth is already being tested.
