Max Dowman proved yet again why he is Arsenal's future, as he starred in the Gunners' 4-2 win against Ipswich Town in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday.
He scored two goals and provided an assist. Dowman was the best player on the pitch and is making a claim to feature against Brighton at the weekend in the Premier League.
The 16-year-old has already committed to signing his first professional contract with the club when he turns 17. However, Dowman isn't the only star teenager in the Premier League. It is fair to say Liverpool have a wonderkid of their own: Rio Ngumoha, who is becoming a regular feature in Andoni Iraola's squad.
Arsenal have been linked to Liverpool's Ngumoha
Ngumoha has already captured the attention of several of Europe's top clubs, as the 18-year-old has already made 35 appearances for the first team, scoring two goals and providing two assists, including Champions League and Premier League appearances.
Arsenal are arguably one of those top clubs, as it was reported earlier this week that the Gunners are keeping their eyes on Ngumoha as a potential transfer target in the future. Andrea Berta has worked some miracles during his time with the Gunners, so he knows his way around a negotiation. But poaching Ngumoha from Liverpool would be an unbelievable piece of business.
Ngumoha leaving Anfield is unlikely, as he is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Reds, but seeing as it hasn't happened yet, there's a chance that Arsenal could make a move.

If the Gunners were to pull off a move for the 18-year-old, they could easily have the most promising attack in the Premier League, pairing Dowman in attacking midfield with Ngumoha out wide.
There are two reasons why Arsenal might be able to persuade the Liverpool star to come to the Emirates. Firstly, they are looking for a consistent starting left-winger. With both Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli leaving in the summer, Arsenal could guarantee Ngumoha a good amount of playing time, arguably more than Liverpool can, as he's currently battling Cody Gakpo for minutes.
The 18-year-old was born and raised in London, so a move to the Emirates certainly isn't out of the question. The Gunners have an advantage over their rivals when it comes to squad depth; signing Ngumoha would secure that advantage for the long-term.
