Arsenal has confirmed that a club legend has officially left. He will now pursue a new dream at Norwich City.

Arsenal has seen many great players come and unfortunately, some great players go. However, it unlocks an entirely different dimension when the player understands the club and its fans. That kind of connection is simply priceless.

This is why many fans looked at Jack Wilshere as the first "Mr Arsenal" since Tony Adams. He was Arsenal through and through, making his love for the club very vocal, even after leaving.

So, it was no surprise to see Jack Wilshere return to Arsenal after retiring. He has helped out behind the scenes, with his most recent role being Under-18s head coach.

Arsenal confirms club legend has left to pursue a new dream

According to the Arsenal Academy on X (formerly Twitter), Jack Wilshere has officially left Arsenal. He will now join Norwich City as a first-team coach.

In an official statement, Arsenal said: "Thank you for everything, Jack. Jack Wilshere is leaving his role as Under-18s head coach to join Norwich City as a first-team coach. Everyone at the club wishes him the very best as his journey in coaching continues."

Now, Jack Wilshere can leave behind a new legacy at Norwich City. It is not surprising that the Canaries chose super Jack, due to the goal he scored for Arsenal vs Norwich City.

To this day, Jack Wilshere's goal against Norwich City remains one of the best goals ever scored in the Premier League. It personified everything Arsenal were known for under Arsene Wenger, with Wilshere orchestrating and finishing a fine passing movement.

Now, Jack Wilshere has taken the next logical step in his managerial quest. He understands the game well, so it's no surprise to see he's taken a liking to coaching.

As they say, once a Gunner always a Gunner. We wish Jack nothing but the best in his next career move.
