Arsenal are aiming to all but ensure their place in the Champions League round of 16 when they face Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night.
UEFA's decision to expand their club competitions mean there's Champions League action in January, with the maiden league phase reaching a conclusion by the end of the month.
Arsenal have been beaten by Inter and held by Atalanta, but four wins from six has left them third in the table and with an excellent shot of securing a top-eight finish which will see them into the last 16. The Gunners breezed past Monaco last time out and have secured impressive victories over PSG and Sporting CP.
Mikel Arteta is preparing to face a Dinamo Zagreb team who harbour hopes of claiming a play-off berth. The Croatian giants were humiliated 9-2 by Bayern Munich on Matchday 1 but have since steadied themselves amid a disappointing domestic campaign. They sit third in the HNL table having won the previous seven league titles.
Their two victories in this competition have come against Slovan Bratislava and RB Salzburg - two teams that have combined for one win in the league phase.

Arsenal team news
Arsenal's injury situation should improve over the coming weeks, but Arteta won't have Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Gabriel Jesus and Ethan Nwaneri available on Wednesday.
William Saliba is likely to miss out again with a hamstring injury, while Riccardo Calafiori is a doubt with a muscle issue. Bukayo Saka won't be back until March at the earliest.
The Spaniard remains short-changed in attack, and there are unlikely to be many changes from the side that drew 2-2 with Aston Villa on Saturday. Jakub Kiwior should come into Arsenal's defence and partner Gabriel.
Predicted Arsenal lineup vs Dinamo Zagreb: Raya; Timber, Kiwior, Gabriel, Lewis-Skelly; Jorginho, Rice, Odegaard; Sterling, Havertz, Trossard.
Dinamo Zagreb team news
It's been a turbulent season in Zagreb, and they're now led by 2006 Ballon d'Or winner Fabio Cannavaro, who's struggled to settle on the sidelines after such a distinguished playing career.
The Italian icon looks set to be without experienced Croatian forward Bruno Petkovic and the highly-regarded Petar Sucic at the Emirates. Sucic is on his way to Inter.
Predicted Dinamo Zagreb lineup vs Arsenal: Nevistic; Ristovski, Theophile-Catherine, Mmaee, Pierre-Gabriel; Ademi, Stojkovic; Cordoba, Baturina, Pjaca; Kulenovic.
Arsenal vs Dinamo Zagreb score prediction
While Dinamo currently occupy the final play-off spot, they've struggled against top-level opposition in this competition amid a season of chaos and decline in the Croatian capital.
Cannavaro may well be the man to inspire a resurgence, but there's unlikely to be any miracle on Wednesday night. Arsenal have proven to be efficient in the Champions League at the Emirates since returning to the competition last season, with Bayern Munich (in last season's quarter-final) the only team to breach their defence on home soil.
Arteta may have to tinker again, but I don't see them having any issues seeing off a pretty poor Dinamo Zagreb team here.
