For the second time in little over a month, Arsenal welcome Ruben Amorim's Manchester United to the Emirates.
After the Gunners tormented the Red Devils from set-pieces in a 2-0 Premier League victory at the start of December, the two sides reconvene in north London for the start of their respective FA Cup journies.
Erik ten Hag guided the Red Devils to glory in this competition last year, a triumph which fatefully allowed him to continue in the job at the start of 2024/25. As we know, the Dutchman has since been replaced by Ruben Amorim and Sunday's visitors produced their best performance under his tutelage last Sunday as they claimed a 2-2 draw at Liverpool.
That result benefitted Arsenal, who dropped points at Brighton the day before. The Gunners have since suffered a crushing defeat to Newcastle in the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final - a bout which exposed their dying need for attacking reinforcements.
However, Mikel Arteta will be working with the same personnel on Sunday and the latest reports suggest Arsenal will not be particularly active in the transfer market this month.
Here's our preview of Arsenal vs Manchester United in the FA Cup third round.

Arsenal vs Man Utd head to head record
Arsenal have won the previous four meetings and have already triumphed over an Amorim-led Man Utd. Bukayo Saka was fit and swinging in fierce inswinging corners on that occasion, however. While the Gunners have had plenty of success against the Red Devils, United won the previous FA Cup meeting in January 2019.

Arsenal team news
With Arteta opting for a strong starting XI on Tuesday night and the North London Derby upcoming, there's bound to be some rotation on Sunday.
Raheem Sterling was on the bench against Newcastle after a spell out and could be reintroduced here, while summer arrivals Mikel Merino and Riccardo Calafiori were also unused substitutes in midweek.
Neto could make his first appearance for the club in place of David Raya between the sticks, with the Gunners still without the injured Saka, Ethan Nwaneri, Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu.
Predicted Arsenal lineup vs Man Utd: Neto; Timber, Saliba, Kiwior, Calafiori; Rice, Merino, Odegaard; Sterling, Jesus, Martinelli.
Man Utd team news
Marcus Rashford has been cast aside by Amorim and is searching for a move away this month, with United also missing Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Victor Lindelof through injury.
Amorim can go as strong as he likes here and is unlikely to make too many changes from the team that performed superbly at Anfield.
Leny Yoro should come in for Matthijs de Ligt at right centre-back, while Alejandro Garnacho is pushing for a start having impressed off the bench last time out. Joshua Zirkzee was humiliated on his most recent start against Newcastle, but Rasmus Hojlund's indifference means the Dutchman could lead the line in north London.
Predicted Man Utd lineup vs Arsenal: Onana; Yoro, Maguire, Martinez; Amad, Mainoo, Ugarte, Dalot; Fernandes, Garnacho; Zirkzee.
Arsenal vs Man Utd score prediction
It was hardly a thriller when these two sides met in December, but we should see more from United this time around. They'd have taken plenty of confidence from their point at Anfield and will benefit from the time spent on the training field with Amorim over the past week.
The visitors should be able to offer a greater threat compared to a month ago and are poised to have some success against what will likely be a rotated Arsenal team without their main man in attack.
The Gunners can control contests and continue to create from set plays, with Arteta keen to oversee a response from their recent defeat to Newcastle. However, with replays scrapped, I wouldn't be surprised if these two go the distance on Sunday.
