Arsenal just concluded their first North London Derby of the season, beating their bitter rivals Tottenham by a scoreline of 4-1.

Arsenal retained their place at the top of the Premier League table.

The big injury blow for Arsenal heading into this game was Gabriel, with the key defender injured on international duty and ruled out of this game. Other long-term injuries include Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus. Mikel Arteta provided little context on Gabriel Martinelli, Riccardo Calafiori, Martin Odegaard and Viktor Gyokeres, but only the former two were involved in this match.

For Tottenham, it was good news on the injury front. Their only confirmed absentees were Dominic Solanke, Yves Bissouma, Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison.

Arsenal won the game convincingly, and when the goals started coming in, they flooded in.

The notable hero in this match was Eberechi Eze, who scored a hat-trick. He is the first player to score a hat-trick since Ken Sunderland in 1978. Leandro Trossard and Bukayo Saka's immense performances also shouldn't go overlooked.

Here, we have remembered all of the game's key events and standout players.
