Arsenal can cut Liverpool's lead at the top of the Premier League table to five points when they face a struggling West Ham team on Saturday afternoon.
The imperious league leaders have started to show signs of wear and tear, although their point at Aston Villa on Wednesday night was hardly a disastrous result. However, the draw has left the door open for the Gunners to put a little bit of pressure on ahead of Liverpool's trip to Manchester City on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta's side extended their unbeaten Premier League run to 15 games with a 2-0 win at Leicester on Saturday. Inspired by teenager Ethan Nwaneri, Arsenal eventually got over the line following a drab performance by virtue of Mikel Merino's brace off the bench.
The title hopefuls are facing a West Ham side whom they beat, while led by Julen Lopetegui, 5-2 back in November. New manager Graham Potter has struggled to oversee a major resurgene at the start of his tenure, however, with the Hammers sliding down to 16th in the table after losing 1-0 at home to Brentford last Saturday.

Arsenal team news
Ben White was back on the bench last weekend at Leicester, but Arteta opted against handing the defender his first minutes since November. While a start is unlikely on Saturday, we should see White appear off the bench.
There hasn't been any change on the injury front over the past week, although Takehiro Tomiyasu has undergone season-ending knee surgery. He joins Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus on the long-term injury list. Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are expected to return next month.
The major selection talking point resides up top. Will Mikel Merino start after his heroics off the bench at the King Power?
Predicted Arsenal lineup vs West Ham: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Lewis-Skelly; Partey, Rice, Odegaard; Nwaneri, Merino, Trossard.
West Ham team news
The visitors have a few injury issues heading into Saturday's game, with Lucas Paqueta the latest to pick up a knock. The Brazilian suffered an ankle injury in training earlier this week and is a doubt to feature at the Emirates.
Crysencio Summerville is absent due to a hamstring complaint, while Vladimir Coufal is also sidelined. Michail Antonio and Niclas Fullkrug are long-term absentees.
Evan Ferguson was a bright spark off the bench last week in the defeat to Brentford, and the Irish international could make his first start for the Hammers.
Predicted West Ham lineup vs Arsenal: Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Kilman, Emerson; Alvarez, Ward-Prowse; Bowen, Soler, Kudus; Ferguson.
Arsenal vs West Ham score prediction
Arsenal's performance at Leicester should raise some concerns, but Arteta's striker solution offers hope that everything will be okay amid their injury crisis in attack. Merino may well be the target man who keeps the Gunners in this title race.
We shouldn't expect dazzling displays over the next couple of weeks. Arsenal merely need to be efficient. Just get the ball to Nwaneri and let him deliver. The control and defensive solidity are givens.
I don't see an out-of-sorts West Ham with a couple of notable injuries giving the hosts too many issues on Saturday, although they did win here last season. It'll take a wasteful showing from Arsenal for the Hammers to claim a positive result.
