Former Arsenal player Cohen Bramall stole League One headlines at the weekend as he scored a stunning free kick to help Jack Wilshere's Luton Town to a shock 3-0 win away to table toppers Stockport County.
The left back was brought to the Gunners by ex-manager Arsène Wenger from non-league side Hednesford Town midway through the 2016/17 season and went on to spend two years in north London.
Wenger's decision to sign the defender was certainly a gamble and there's no arguing it didn't exactly pay off, but Bramall seems to be doing just fine at Kenilworth Road.

Bramall joined Luton in the summer after leaving Portsmouth on a free transfer at the end of the 2024/25 campaign. He was later followed to Bedfordshire by former Arsenal teammate Jack Wilshere, who was appointed as boss of the League One outfit in the first role of his managerial career.
The left back never made a competitive senior appearance for the Gunners. He joined in 2017 after spells with clubs in non-league, but spent most time in north London with the academy. However, he did join the first team on a pre-season tour and also spent a campaign on loan at Birmingham City.
He departed on a free transfer at the end of the 2018/19 season and joined Colchester City before moving around the Football League in the seasons since, now finding himself at Luton.
Wilshere lost his first game in charge of the Hatters, falling to a 2-0 home defeat at the hands of Mansfield Town. He picked up his maiden victory in the next match, overseeing a 1-0 victory at Northampton Town, and he hasn't looked back since.
Luton travelled to top-of-the-league Stockport County on a three-game winning run, but taking anything from Edgeley Park was always going to be difficult. However, Wilshere's side pulled off a shock, romping to a convincing 3-0 win with Bramall playing a key part in that.
With his team already a goal to the good, the defender stood over a free kick on the right edge of the box and struck a brilliant effort, reminiscent of Cristiano Ronaldo, past Ben Hinchliffe to double the advantage.
The triumph fired Luton to ninth in League One and fans will be hoping Wilshere, and Bramall, can continue leading them in this fine run of form as they look to break into the play-off spots in hopes of securing an instant return to the Championship.
