Martin Odegaard is ready to win the Champions League. This is, by far, the closest he has ever come to fulfilling the Champions League dream, something that he joined Real Madrid for at the age of 15.
He is 26 years old now, and is obviously a much more capable midfielder than he was at the time. He is the leader of this very young Arsenal team, and as a leader, it is his job to instill hope in the fanbase.
It is obvious that PSG are probably the toughest team they could have faced in the final, at least based on form and how good they have been in recent years under Luis Enrique.
But, Odegaard also knows that Arsenal are also the best they have been in decades, and have a lot of confidence in themselves at the moment due to the huge Premier League win earlier this month.

It is looking to be a really, really good final for all fans involved, and Odegaard has given his piece on why Arsenal can win. He has given them hope, and has invited the entire fanbase to share the dream of winning it with them.
He said: "Yeah, it’s incredible. We’re 90 minutes away from winning the Champions League, so we have something incredible to play for again. We’ve said that the whole season, you know, Premier League and Champions League, we want to be there."
"So another dream that we can make a reality, so it’s amazing, we have that to look forward to with this energy, with this mood in the group and to have a final to prepare for, it’s just so special."
“Everyone is just so excited and now we just want to play it straight away, you know? So we can’t wait.”
If you are an Arsenal fan, it is hard not to be excited for something like this. These are the sorts of moments every single player in that dressing room has worked for their entire lives. They want to be in these positions that allow them to compete for Champions League titles, and it would be huge for them to win it in their first go.
It is also clear that even though they are Premier League champions, they might be, just slightly, underdogs in this final. That does not mean they are the worse team, but PSG have just had a lot more rest all season and also have the experience of playing in European finals before - as well as winning them - so it does make sense.
However, that does not mean Arsenal are not capable of achieving their dream on Saturday. They would be willing to do whatever it takes to make sure it happens.
