Declan Rice (CM) - 6/10 - Set-piece radar was off early and was overwhelmed in the middle of the park before Arteta changed tack on the hour. Came close with a deflected effort and had more of an influence in an advanced position. Missed a huge chance at the death.

Mikel Merino (CM) - 5/10 - Came close to equalising early on and did play a lovely through ball for Martinelli which should've been capitalised on by the Brazilian. Had some issues without the ball and was booked for a late tackle on Bruno Guimaraes.

Leandro Trossard (AM) - 3/10 - The less I speak about this performance, the better.
