Bukayo Saka (RW) - 5.5/10 - This was not Saka's afternoon. Resisted a late limp-off when Lewis Hall trod on his Achilles after the young left-back had defended superbly against Arsenal's star. World class delivery should've been pounced upon by Rice in stoppage time.

Kai Havertz (ST) - 4/10 - I appreciate that his drifting is instructed, but I would've liked to have seen Havertz occupy the central space a whole lot more here. In truth,

Gabriel Martinelli (LW) - 4.5/10 - Howe backed Tino Livramento one-on-one against the Brazilian, and he was right to do so, The Brazilian failed to get past the Newcastle right-back while he was on the field.
