16. Takehiro Tomiyasu (79 appearances)
Takehiro Tomiyasu has always been a fan-favourite since he signed for Arsenal in 2021. He is one of those players who has never been a regular starter under Mikel Arteta but he has rarely disappointed - If you ignore that red card against Crystal Palace in 2023.
The Japanese international became the fourth player from his country to sign for Arsenal and it's clear that Mikel sees a lot in him. Hopefully he feels the love and support from the Emirates Stadium faithful.
15. William Saliba (80 appearances)
William Saliba is an exceptional defender who didn't have the easiest start to life as an Arsenal player. Originally signed by Unai Emery, the Frenchman was sent out on consistent loan spells for three consecutive seasons. Under Mikel Arteta, though, Saliba finally got his breakthrough season.
And what a season it was as he was part of the title-contending season throughout 2022/23. Granted, Saliba has had his fair share of injury concerns but when he's available for selection, he WILL be selected.
