3. Declan Rice
When analysing Arsenal, it is impossible to go more than five minutes without mentioning Declan Rice. He is the heartbeat of this team and he is here, there and everywhere.
Declan Rice's attributes are impossible to pin to one midfield position. As much as he excels in the defensive midfield role, he is no stranger to playing as a box-to-box and absolutely killing it. This is excellent news for Mikel Arteta, who can shape his tactics around the club's record signing.
So, how will signing Amadou Onana impact Declan Rice? Well, they would look GREAT as a pivot, that's for sure. They are both defensive midfielders who look comfortable bombing forward, but this doesn't have to be to Arsenal's detriment. In fact, I think the pairing could give Arsenal fans a sense of Partey-Xhaka in 2022/23, whereby one sits back while the other ventures forward at will.
What do you think, Arsenal fans? Could you see Amadou Onana at the Emirates Stadium next season?
