3. Adrien Rabiot

One cost-effective solution for Mikel Arteta and Arsenal is a player they know VERY well, Adrien Rabiot. The Frenchman runs out of contract this summer, meaning he is available to sign a pre-contract to move to another club for free this summer.

The Gunners are known advocates of Adrien Rabiot, having been linked with him every single transfer for what feels like 50 years. If they are still interested in him, which Mikel Arteta should be, then now is the perfect time to bring him in.

The 28-year-old has been a first-team regular for Juventus this season but it doesn't look likely that he will put pen to paper over a new deal anytime soon. Having started 22 Serie A matches this season, Rabiot has netted four goals and provided three assists.

All of the options in this list would greatly benefit Arsenal. Factors worth considering are Premier League experience, age and price. In my opinion, Amadou Onana would be the wise choice but then again, no Arsenal fan would turn their nose up if Luiz, Rabiot OR Onana are signed.
