3 standout players from Arsenal’s enormous win over Chelsea
Arsenal thrashed their London rivals Chelsea 5-0 to go three points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
The Gunners put in a five star performance as they blew Chelsea away with their speed and accuracy in attack.
The hosts took an early lead through Leandro Trossard, whose near-post shot snuck in past Djordje Petrovic.
Chelsea came close to equalising in the first half but could not lay a glove on the Gunners in the second.
A second half brace from Ben White and former Chelsea player Kai Havertz ensured that the three points stayed in North London.

1. Kai Havertz
Kai Havertz haunted his former side in a performance which highlighted just how far the German had improved since joining the Gunners.
He scored two great goals, one from a one-on-one after making a superb run in behind the Chelsea defence with the other goal coming from an expertly placed shot that went in off the post.
It was a complete centre-forward’s performance from Havertz. Whilst his goals played a part, the Germans hold-up play at the top of the pitch was particularly impressive.
Havertz successfully won four aerial duels and completed 22 passes, leading to him creating two chances.
