I am quickly running out of words to describe Saka, and his sensational solo goal against Newcastle has done little to help me surmise him but, to put it simply, I will go with world-class... which seems fitting.

As well as scoring one of the best goals from an Arsenal player all season, the 22-year-old looked a permanent threat and caused problems for the shaky Newcastle defence from minute one.

The Englishman managed two shots on target, the most of any player in the game, as well as creating one 'big chance' and two 'key passes' (as defined by SofaScore) for his teammates.

The game means that Saka has now scored seven goals in his last five Premier League games, putting beyond doubt his place among the best in the world.
