It is fair to say that Arsenal and Kai Havertz were laughed at when he signed for the club in the summer.

However, the German has shown this season that he is a key player in this Arsenal side and he was on the scoresheet again at a crucial time against Everton.

Havertz won another six duels against Everton, a part of his game which has won the Gunners necessary possession countless times this season.

Arsenal’s number 29 may not remain the first-choice striker for next season but his performance against Everton was another reminder that he is vital to the Gunners starting line-up.
