Following their penalty shootout win over Porto in the round of 16, Arsenal were mocked by rival fans and portions of the media for their over the top celebrations. It's clear that the players celebrated in the way they did due to their passion for the club and their shared belief they are capable of winning the competition.

Given that Porto was considered by some to be 'easy' opposition, the Gunners will be looking to prove that they are more than capable of beating tougher opponents when they face Bayern on Tuesday.

In brilliant form in the Premier League, the Arsenal squad will be hoping to prove to their doubters that they are more than capable of competing to win both competitions and that perhaps their celebrations against Porto were justified.
