Arsenal play host to Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon and will be hoping to pull away from Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

The Gunners come into the game off the back of a 3-2 win away to bitter rivals Tottenham. This win saw them remain at the top of the Premier League table by one point, albeit with an extra game played than Man City.

Mikel Arteta's side should be looking to get a good result against the Cherries and there are three key talking points ahead of this matchup.

As Arsenal learned the hard way last season, there are no easy games in the title run-in. The pressure can easily become too much for some players and prevent them from playing at their best.

This will certainly be the case for the Gunners against Bournemouth, as was the same last year. Arsenal had to do it the hard way in this fixture last season when they had to fight back from 2-0 down to secure a dramatic 3-2 win, courtesy of a 97th minute winner from Reiss Nelson.

With Bournemouth having improved since last season, they will no doubt be a tough test for the Gunners and so Mikel Arteta's side will have to ensure they are on their A game from the first minute.
