Arsenal welcome Everton to Emirates Stadium for the final day of the Premier League season on Sunday and will be hoping a win can secure them the league title.

The Gunners ensured the Premier League title race would come down to the final day when they beat Manchester United 1-0 in their previous game. Manchester City are two points clear at the top of the table but if results go their way, Arsenal can still be champions.

With a ton of pressure on their soldiers, Arsenal will be hoping to get the win on Sunday and there are three key talking points ahead of this final day matchup.

While Arsenal can still win the title on Sunday, there are only slim chances of that happening. The Gunners must win their game against Everton and will also require Man City to drop points against West Ham.

City have been in impeccable form for the run-in for yet another season and it is unlikely they will drop points against a Hammers side that have been poor recently. The West Ham team should be putting in their best performance to give departing manager David Moyes the best send-off possible but it is not likely they will get a result.

No matter what happens in regards to the title, Arsenal have done well to go toe to toe with this Man City team and take the title race to the final day. The Gunners may not finish Sunday's game as Premier League champions, but the team will certainly be able to hold their heads high.
