When Martin Odegaard's injury was first reported, many football fans and experts felt Arsenal would struggle without the creative brilliance of their captain but this has not really been the case. As a result, Mikel Arteta faces an 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' situation.

His team have adapted well to playing without their skipper and this means Arteta won't have to make many changes when the Gunners face PSG. With that being said, a case could be made to bring Ethan Nwaneri into the team. Many called for the 17-year-old to be handed a first Premier League start against Leicester but were disappointed to see him not involved in the XI. Instead, he came off the bench in the final minutes of the game and produced an impressive cameo.

Nwaneri seems to have shown he is ready to start in a big game and Arteta must consider this if he is to make any changes to his lineup against PSG. How Arteta does that will no doubt be up to him. In other areas, there does not seem to be too much worry, or any at all. Every player seems to be doing their job well and have each cemented themselves in the team for the time being.
