Arsenal host Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon and will be looking pick up another three points in their title chase.

The Gunners head into the tie having drawn 2-2 with Bayern Munich in midweek. Prior to that, Mikel Arteta's side secured a 3-0 win away to Brighton which saw them return to the top of the Premier League table, albeit only on goal difference.

With Arsenal looking to continue their charge toward their first Premier League title in 20 years, there are three key talking points ahead of this showdown.

1. Left-back dilemma

Over the past weeks, Jakub Kiwior has started at left-back for Arsenal and has done a good job. However, he struggled when faced up against Bayern's Leroy Sane on Tuesday and was hooked at half-time for Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Mikel Arteta is faced with a dilemma over who to start on the left side of defence against Villa. Kiwior's recent good form has been somewhat tarnished by his poor display against Bayern and Zinchenko has been struggling defensively when he has played. Takehiro Tomiyasu is also back to full fitness so could be another option.

Whoever starts the game at left-back faces a potentially tough battle against Leon Bailey on the right side of Villa's attack so will need to be on it from minute one. Mikel Arteta certainly faces a tough decision regarding who starts.
