Look, there are pros and cons for Jorginho to consider. Obviously, a return to Italy would be good since that's his home and it's a place where his technical ability is able to flourish. I get that.

However, in the grand scheme of things, Jorginho is part of an exciting project at Arsenal. The club are looking to do something they've not done in a while by winning the Premier League and something they've never done by winning the Champions League.

Jorginho already has his name written in the history books for his time with Napoli, Chelsea and the Italy international team. He has what it takes to write his name into the Arsenal history books, the biggest team he's ever played for (domestically).

Jorginho is well-respected at Arsenal. He might not have been the first choice when Arsenal signed him but the fans have grown to love him and he seems to be embedding the club culture well. Jorginho should consider all options, of course, but he'd definitely benefit from staying at Arsenal.
