According to TEAMTALK, Arsenal have opened talks to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli. 3 winners and 3 losers from Arsenal signing Victor Osimhen

Well, here are 3 winners and 3 losers from Arsenal signing Victor Osimhen...

1. Martin Odegaard (winner)

One of the things which is the most exciting about the prospect of Arsenal signing Victor Osimhen is the fact they will have a proven focal point in attack. At the moment, they have Gabriel Jesus, who isn't always fit and not a natural focal point ,and Eddie Nketiah, who isn't good enough to start.

Therefore, Martin Odegaard providing Victor Osimhen with his immese creativity is an exciting prospect and one which should persuade Mikel Arteta to push the deal over the line.

2. Leandro Trossard (loser)

Trossard can play as a left-winger but his best shot of getting into the first-team currently is playing as the central striker. He has started here a few times this season, in the absence of Gabriel Jesus.

Unfortunately for the Belgian, signing Victor Osimhen would only push him further down the striker hierarchy, rendering him out-of-favour in two positions.
