4. Aston Villa
Aston Villa were first interested in signing Smith Rowe in 2021 before he signed a new deal with Arsenal. The Midlands side are reported to be interested once again this summer.
Unai Emery is the man who gave Smith Rowe his Gunners debut and oversaw his official promotion to the first team. A move to Villa would mean a reunion for the pair.
Smith Rowe would also have the chance to play Champions League football with Villa and should be excited by that prospect considering his chances in Europe were limited last season.
