2. Thomas Partey

Since signing for Arsenal in 2020, Thomas Partey has been one of the side's most important players, but his constant battles with injury have meant he has never had a consistent season for the Gunners. Despite his quality still being there, it is time for Arsenal to cash in on the Ghana international.

A hamstring injury kept Thomas Partey out from October to February this season, meaning he missed a total of 28 matches. Since returning from injury, Partey has made two appearances as a substitute and has looked sloppy in both, giving the ball away several times and presenting the opposition with attacking chances.

His poor cameos could be put down to a lack of match fitness but with Jorginho currently ahead of him in the midfield pecking order, he will have to cut these mistakes out quickly. Even still, Arsenal should sell him in the summer. His £200,000 a week wages are too much for a player who spends most of a season on the injury table, so the Gunners should look to get these off the bill.

Partey attracted interest from clubs in Italy and Saudi Arabia last summer and there is a possibility this could be revived this year. If an offer comes in, Arsenal should snatch up the chance to get the midfielder out of the club while he is still worth decent money.
